Delivery and Returns

Here is what you need to know about delivery:

Momentarily, there have been shipping delays which means Next Day Delivery is no longer available on your orders. Currently, the fastest rate of shipping is 7 - 10 days which can vary; meaning could take shorter or longer. Please bare in mind this is a TEMPORARY issue.

For Standard Delivery to Ireland, it is a set cost of £20 GBP (€21.99).

For Standard Delivery to Ireland, on all orders placed, customers should receive their deliveries after 3-4 working days.

For Standard Delivery to the rest of the World, it is a set cost of £20 GBP.

For Standard Delivery to the rest of the World, customers should receive their deliveries after 7-14 working days for a cost of £20 GBP.

Here is what you need to know about returns:

To return a product purchased from Don’t Be Jel please send your intent to return to us any time prior to the date 28 days after the date you, or a person indicated by you, acquired physical possession of the product(s).  You can do this by emailing us as info@ dontbejel.com.

Once you notify us of your intent to return, simply return the product with the original receipt and original packaging to us within 28 days

Please note:

Items embellished with studs, sequins and crystals will lose parts over time.  This is part of the nature of the item and as such are not deemed faulty and cannot be returned for this reason.

Items that are stained with makeup or tainted with fragrance, deodorant or other beauty products cannot be returned, so please make sure you are not wearing any such products when trying on the clothes.

For hygiene reasons, swimwear and underwear can only be returned if the protective seal on the packaging is still intact.

Footwear can only be returned unworn and the original packaging.  Make sure you try on the shoes indoors.

You are responsible for the postage on the returned items.

Refunds

Once we receive the product we’ll provide you with a refund based on the original payment method within 7 days.

We will refund all cost of garments retuned by you associated with the product or service, minus the postage if you were Eligible for free post on your order we will redeem £7-12 depending on size & weight of returned product from your refund to cover postage cost , 

We cannot accept any products damaged after receipt by the customer.  Any returned item that has been worn, washed or damaged by you will be returned to you at your expense.  You will be liable for the postage or can arrange to pick it up at your expense.

We recommend that you use a tracking service when you return your product as proof of delivery.
